Garden Bay Premium Cruise Bai Tu Long Bay

Best enjoyable experience on the Garden Bay Luxury Cruise. We did a one night stay. We had a room with a balcony on the second level and it was very clean and comfortable. The food was not my favourite but I love the seafood. Overall, the staff was very friendly and I would recommend this cruise for its value.

Old world elegance meets the most outstanding location of the World Heritage Site. The food was very good and varied. Somehow we were ungraded to a suite, how mucked up were we?    Even the lunch and entertainment before we returned to Hanoi were first class. The service was amazing.    What a terrific journey - well done Garden Bay Cruise!!!

I am married to the man of my dreams. he is so romantic, it’s wonderful. I am writing this in a hotel in Hanoi as our dream honeymoon comes to an end. We have just returned from three days in Halong Bay, a paradise on earth. We had one of the best cabins on board a beautiful ship with a company called Garden Bay Cruise. The staff were wonderful, and we were treated like royalty by everyone on board when they announced at dinner that it was our honeymoon. It could not have been any better, everyone was so sweet. This has been the highlight of a very special time for us. I will never forget it.

Garden Bay Luxury Cruise must be one of the best cruises currently operating in halong Bay. This was 5 star all the way. If you have never been to Halong bay, you are missing out on one of lifes great adventures. The hundreds of rock islands are amazing with such bright colors and impressive sizes. The sail craft we were on was beautiful, like what the old paddle steamers must have felt like. Our room was really good like the food and the service. This was a very special vacation. The children really got into the kayaking we got to see some really great things. Then at night we just chilled on the top deck with drinks and enjoyed the quiet of the bay.

Garden Bay Cruise provided us with the highlight of our Vietnamese vacation. Everything about it was top class. Halong Bay is quite something, very stunning views and lots to see and do. It was a pretty full three days though for me simply relaxing on deck with a cold beer was a great way to spend time. I love boats, they are always relaxing and this was a classic. My cabin was amazing and I love the food that was served. I just wish it had lasted longer.

I’ve just back from a two day cruise in Halong Bay with Garden Bay cruises. It was terrific fun but I wish I had taken the three day option. In reality the cruise for two days is only just about 24 hours and they cram a lot in. The boat was great and I really wanted to stay longer. My room was really good better than any hotel on the entire trip to Vietnam. There are too many excursions off the boat to be honest, I would have preferred to just stay onboard and chill out o the deck taking in the awesome scenery.

We honestly don't know where to begin praising the efficient, friendly and incredibly gracious staff of Halong Garden Bay Cruise - this absolutely gorgeous boat. The boat manager and his team did a great job on creating fun, superb experience from the moment we stepped on board. Our room was beautiful. It's worth every penny for the spacious cabin with private balcony and the view is breathtaking from the multiple windows. Halong Bay is simply spectacular. There is a reason Halong Bay is a World Heritage Site...there are no words for how magnificent, and how peaceful the place is. Garden Bay Cruise was the perfect way to experience it all.    Our only regret is that we only spent one night...next time it'll be at least two!    Highly recommend Halong Garden Bay Cruise, great job lads!

Go to Halong Bay my friend said, you won’t be disappointed. How had I never even heard of this place before? It’s amazing! Totally stunning scenery and cruising on board the boat was great. Everything about this was fantastic. The cabins, the food, the crew, the scenery and the trips, all fantastic. I wish I could go back again tomorrow.

It was the first cruise ever in my life. I have been travelling a lot but it was one of the best traveling experiences that I had ever had. They picked me up at my hotel, it had rained our entire commute and I was assured that it would rain the entire vacation, however shortly after boarding the rain stopped, the skies lit up and the fun began. All members of staff were very kind, friendly and as helpful as they could be. I stepped aboard to a fabulous welcome with drinks and music. All the stress, anxiety were instantly gone. My room was beautiful with private balcony. My first day on board, I visited Vung Vieng fishing village and had a great chance to learn about life in Halong Bay communities. Later of the day I had a nice kayaking time around the bay. At the end of the day they served this amazing authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Every dish I tried, I love it.   The following morning I attended the Tai Chi class on the sundeck. All the passengers were fun, and we quickly enjoyed the class with lots of smiles and clever movements. After having breakfast, I visited the Surprised Cave which was the most spectacular limestone cave I had never seen. Don't forget to bring your fully charged camera, you will want to keep those pictures. Quickly later we returned to the boat for the check out and it was the moment when I wish I could stop time.   Thank you Halong Hub for this awesome trip, I would definitely comeback with more friends!

Halong Garden bay cruise was an excellent cruise! It was the first time we took a cruise, we enjoyed it and will for sure do another if we can afford. The Vietnamese food was excellent, the crew was very qualified and respectful, and attended to our needs!! The attendant responsible for our room cleanliness was admirable, she was truly a very dedicated young lady.  Excursions and actives were very informative and professional. The tour guide was excellent and knew what he was talking about. Thought not all the staff could speak English but the whole trip couldn't be better. We would highly recommend this Halong Garden Bay Cruise to all the leisure lovers.

This was a wonderful introduction cruise to so much of the heritage Halong bay. My embarkation was great though the weather was a bit bad. The guide was excellent and very informed of the area in which he guided. The food was outstanding every day! My suit was perfect, clean and very well taken care of by the staff. There was always room on the sundeck to welcome people for a relaxing time watching the sunset or Taichi lesson. There were plenty of activities to do while I was on the cruise such as: kayaking, swimming, cooking class or the squid fishing.   Altogether this was fabulous and I so enjoyed my trip on Garden Bay cruise Halong and all that I experienced and the new friends I now thank to Halong Hub.

We booked the 2d/1n trip and We think that is sufficient to fully enjoy beautiful Halong Bay. Travellers who book 3 days/2 nights share the same boat, but on the 3rd day are taken for a separate excursion on a small boat. The Garden Bay cruise Halong is more worn than it looks on the photos, but the rooms are still very nice. Mind you, only part of the rooms (those upstairs) have balconies. We did not mind not not having a balcony as the upper deck was large enough. Pick up in small bus was smooth, with an entertaining guide, Kien. All staff were lovely. The food is very good! Offered the choice between kayaking and visiting the fishing village in bamboo boat, we chose the kayaking, which was great, we also had time for a swim. I regret though not having seen the village.

I fell in love with Halong Bay, I thought the food onboard the halong Garden Bay cruise was great. The kayaking was an interesting way to see the bay, however the kayaks were a little old and their quality could improve. They seemed to clean up the area nicely. The cave excursion was a nice break from the boat. Overall good experience.

Garden Bay cruise halong was clean with a good hot shower and a well-working air con. The food was nice as they had a seafood buffet but I think it would have been better for them to serve authentic Vietnamese food instead of trying so hard to serve western-style food. If you're not so much a budget traveler and want to see some nice spots at Halong Bay, then go for it!

The trip itself to get from Hanoi to Halong Bay was spectacular, although a bit all over the place. It was enjotable to see all of the scenery.. Halong Bay is as advertised. There is still some areas that seem a bit dirty, but all of the places Garden Bay took us was pristine and gorgeous.

Last time we took a cruise we got picked up from Hanoi at the wrong time and it was an average experience that was pretty forgettable. This time we bought the tickets from the Halong Hub, it was such an easy, clear experience That might have been one of the best parts.. Our trip on Garden Bay cruise halong was so great this time! The boat was very clean and pretty. Chef was excellent staff were very friendly. Ngueyn was so supportive. It was a romantic experience with my husband for our anniversary.

Booked this luxury halong bay tour because I wanted to get away from the very busy halong bay to the smaller Bai Tu Long Bay. The staff was very friendly and their English was really good.

Garden Bay cruise Halong was very traditional style, and compared to the other boats we were excited.   But the rooms were nice and the bathroom even nicer. Room was super great, set type. Our guest had a shellfish allergy and the staff was very attentive and handeld the situation for us. Staff were very nice and guide was really attentive and helpful, overall enjoyed my cruise.

It was a great experience and we were impressed with the coziness of the junk boat; all the other guests seemed to agree with our experience. I'd never stayed in a boat for a trip before and it was a magical experience.

Being on Halong Bay cruises was one of the most memorable events on our trip to Northern Vienam. From the warm embarkation and introduction to the on and off activities, including the kayaking, Taichi, cooking session etc we were all excited to start cruising away with Garden Bay cruise Halong.  We were entertained with all activities and taken care by the crew who were so cheerful and effective. They were truly accommodating to us, as we were the only family with children on our cruise.   Climbing, caving, kayaking, cooking class, delicious buffets, beautiful cabins, great staff and our host was an absolute gentlemen wanting to please all the passengers on board, giving everyone their best cruise ship experience possible.   Halong Bay is a majestic place, Some of Halong Bay's mountainous islands have grottos created by the wind and the filtering water, which makes its way from the top of the cliff to the green water of the gulf, unbelievable! I would have loved to stay longer on the Garden Bay and soak up more of the view from the deck.   Definitely a memorable experience.

Made the right decision to go with a recommended and famous company, Garden Bay cruise Halong. Had a very relaxing and entertaining time. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the food was very tasty, and the accommodating of the high class liner was top score. The hostess was very warmly and went out of her way to make the guests felt appreciated and taken care of. The pick up and embarkation was well arranged and smooth. Garden Bay Halong is definitely a must!

Lovely trip overall. The Garden boat looked old when we first saw it, but the cabins with balcony were nice. There was no sunshine at all, I feel that the sun is rare in this part. The food was nice in the boat, the team were very good, and our tour guide was also amazing.

I had a fabulous time on Halong Garden Bay Cruise. My suite was lovely and all members of staff were pleasant. There was nothing to complain about foodwise since it was all totally delicious. All the trips and activities were fabulous and the organization made it all so easy. I would have to say that it could have been even better if I had more free time, perhaps fewer events... The fishing villages, caves and islands were all spectacular though. I really loved the Taichi class on the sundeck every morning. In the end, the whole experience was excellent and I would definitely go to Halong again!
