An experience of a lifetime
All staff treated us like VIPs. The rooms offered magnificent views of the bay. It was surreal and felt like Mother Nature was always just a stone’s throw away. Best tour guide ever
My girlfriend and I made the tour 3 days/2 nights in August and it was absolutely amazing. We had a fantastic tour guide, LING was the best ever. She has a great knowledge about Halong Bay. Excellent
We went on a trip for one night, one of the best days I’ve had in Vietnam. When we arrived we felt immediately very welcome. The meals on the boat were excellent and there was always something you liked, for everyone. The trips (going to the caves, kayaking and more) we’re organized well and everyone (young and old) can join it. I want to say thanks to crew. They were very helpful and hard working bartender!!!

Exciting activities good food
Halong Bay was beautiful. A visit to a floating village, sailing between the beautiful limestone formations, a visit to the caves, entertainment on board. All nice experiences that were framed with delicious meals. And then also spending two nights on board in a beautiful, spacious room!

Accommodations are very good. Bed, bathroom, etc. On top of the boat you have chairs to lie and sit on from where you came across the exceptional scenery. There are several boat options on the site however I highly recommend this. The crew attendance is very good. The food also very nice.

Friendly tour
The staff were lovely and the boat was very clean. The traditional Vietnamese food was watered down for western palates. For me the food was ok but I would have loved more traditional Vietnamese food. The set menu was delicious..

Perfect
We took a two-day and one-night trip on Garden Bay Cruise. It takes four hours to transfer from Hanoi Hotel to Halong Bay. There is a break in the middle. All the trips are scheduled according to a pre-programmed agenda. The activities were exciting and the dining quality was good. It is the perfect journey!

Wow Au Co Cruise is pretty special
This four story sailing boat is such a great place to stay. It’s like a floating hotel and better than any other boat I’ve ever been on. I thought there food was some of the best we had in Vietnam as well. Our room or cabin was pretty neat also the bathroom was very high class. We loved the kayaking, and the cave was so cool. This was a really good trip and I would do it again if we ever return. Bar prices were a bit steep but I suppose it’s like a top hotel. The wife was happy though, so I was happy. Sitting on the top deck with a cold beer watching the world go by was well cool.

A Fabulous Family Trip
Having just returned to England following an amazing holiday in Vietnam I thought I’d write a review about the best bit, Our Glory Legend Halong Bay Cruise. I’ve wanted to visit Vietnam ever since I saw a travel programme about it a few years ago. We were a little uncertain as we have two small children but it worked out perfectly. The cruise in this most picturesque bay proved to be the best family experience. The children found life on the ship really exciting and out family room was extremely luxurious. We had breakfast delivered to our room and sat on our own balcony enjoying great food as we sailed through some of the prettiest scenery I’ve ever seen. I just wished we’d booked for longer. A huge thank you to the staff on the ship who worked non stop to make sure we all enjoyed ourselves.

Nice ride from Hanoi to Halong
We opted for the 3 days and 2 nights on the Glory cruise. We were picked up at our hotel Hanoi and taken on a bus early. The ride took a few hours, but it was nice to be able to watch the countryside roll by. Beautiful area. We stopped at a few places along the route to buy some trinkets and grab some snacks.. The bus was full but comfortable for the entire journey to Halong bay. The tourist shops along the way were well liked by the children. It is a bit touristy but gives you a good idea of what is available in Vietnam to buy as gifts. The Halong Glory legend cruise was great. Best seafood I’ve ever eaten!

Lovely time with Glory Legend Cruise
Glory Legend Cruise and the crew were amazing! The cruise ship is gorgeous with beautiful appointments in both the bedroom and the public areas. The food was outstanding and the service was champion. Excursions were very informative and full of good sights, the bay provided lots of photo opportunities. The weather – perfect! Considering its rainy season, we only had a tiny bit of rain. Service: Staff were friendly and always looking to help. The entire experience was wonderfully luxurious. I give my highest recommendation to take Glory Legend Cruise.

Fabulous trip for a celebratory birthday
Hubby decided that he wanted to visit Vietnam for a milestone birthday. We were greeted by a number of employees who could not have treated us better. The two-day excursion was brilliant from start to finish with an exceptional space on the second floor, followed by excellent food and exceptional service by the entire team. All aboard the good ship Glory Legend
I have enjoyed ocean cruises, a Nile cruise, a Mekong River cruise and now the best of the lot, a Halong Bay Cruise. Great scenery, great food, great accommodation and great people. Highlights for me were the cave and the floating village which was an amazing look into other people’s lives. I thought this company got the balance right between organized trips and relaxation. I also loved the sight of the lights from other boats at night when we moored up in a sheltered bay.

Thank you Glory Legend Cruise
We booked the Halong Glory Legend Cruise. The company’s bus collected us from our hotel in Hanoi and delivered us to the quayside for the start of our trip. The boat was surprisingly comfortable, with our room looking a bit like a normal hotel room. The bathroom was lovely. I liked the caves, which was so much bigger than I expected. The food was really good as well. The only down side was the amount of rubbish in the water, in places it really is bad. It needs cleaning up and people need to stop throwing it in the water. But apart from that it was a really good trip.

A Fantastic Cruise in Halong Bay
Halong Glory Legend cruise shows that it offers the most exhilarating stay with fun and relaxing cruise. It provides a good place for doing activites at one’s pace with plenthy of qulity delicious food. The captain of this cruise was so hilarious, friendly yet entertaining. The staff was very professional, extremely organized, attentive and welcoming. They have cabins which are very luxurious and fantastic scenarios.Our room was very tidy and spacious with private balcony offereing an entirely peaceful and calm atmosphere in during the mornings. The weather in Halong bay was fantastic, not too hot, not too cold, just perfect for people like us who first time in Vietnam. They provide amazing programs suck as visiting caves that we enjoyed so much. There are plenty of cool, enjoyable actitives to do such as: kayaking, swimming, cave sight seeing that blend us into the beauty of nature and adventure. The prices are also very affordable. In the end of the day, the best thing you can do is having a drink on the sundecks. This tour was totally worth it.

A superb 3 days
I have just returned home after an amazing holiday in Vietnam. The highlight of which was three days in Halong Bay, wining and dining on Halong Glory Legend cruise, a beautiful old style trading junk. The ship looked amazing and was even better when we got on it. The cabin was superb, everything was first rate. And what a bay! It is one of the most stunning places I have ever seen hands down. The younger people onboard went off in Kayaks, but we just stayed onboard, relaxing on the sundeck, enjoyed a couple of cocktails and thanked our lucky stars for being able to enjoy this wonderful country. The people were so kind to us. I hope we can afford to come back some time in the future.

Food is included as part of the package. Some of the drinks are additional priced and the food is more expensive than if you are staying in Halong. Food selection is nice tht there can be Western and Eastern style. The excursions of the glory cruise are so much exciting and there are not a lot that aren’t exciting. Great staff and beautiful scenery
I did one night on the Halong Glory Legend Cruise and found our cabin to be great. Staff were friendly and Ha Long was just amazing. The excursions were amazing but we had a bit of trouble with the tight time-table. Everything seemed to be in a hurry, I wish I could have more time to enjoy the beautiful beach and the scenery. However all mini tours were very informative and full of good sights. Some people reserved outdoor seating for dinner in advance and I would recommend you do the same. The food was simply delicious and the service was impeccable. Drinks were reasonably priced and the wine list was full of good wines. Highly recommend!

More than expectation!
Our Halong glory legend cruise went smoothly and had a lot of spaces for enjoyments. A couple of hours that we spent in Cua Van fishing village would certainly be in our memories for long. We got to know the lives of fishermen in a better way here. The excitement doubled at Ho Ba Ham Islet.. what a lovely atmosphere was there all around we all three had a lot of fun, perhaps that became the reason for my daughter’s cold. Never mind.

Surprised with the staff’s English
Got picked up within the estimated time at the hotel and taken to Halong Bay. I was impressed with the ship, honestly was not expecting that. Nice cabins, by far the best food I’ve ever had in Vietnam. The staff was excellent, and our guide explained everything to us in a very clear, concise manner. His English was top notch. They even allowd us to switch up the music on the the upper deck when other folks weren’t around. Never had waiters make me belly laugh like the ones on Halong Glory Legend cruise. I would definitely go back to Halong Bay and back to Glory Legend.

Legendary experience!
The Glory Legend was legendary! There are so many activities to keep kids and adults occupied throughout the entire cruise. It’s almost overwhelming! The fishing village we went to is such a serene and quiet place, with beautiful backdrop of Halong bay. The village is simplicity at its best, with no roads, high rise buildings, cars and they are replaced by house on boats, kayaks and other boats. You can see how they live here and it is such a beautiful place for photos.

Wonderful Experience!
Great time aboard the glory legend cruise Halong. Excellent crew and accommodations. Rooms were comfortable and typical small ship small size but better than others we have been on. Staff couldn’t have been nicer and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable & memorable. Buffet lunch and breakfast were very good; Dinner was spectacular. Activities are enjoyable and my favorite was Tai Chi very healthy and fun of joys. Great kayaking and cave visiting. The boat appeared to be cleaner and fresher than some others we saw around us. Halong Bay provided us amazing views and photo opportunities. Should not miss this beautiful nature wonder. We highly recommend this glory cruise, best cruise!

I was strongly impressed by the hospitality and professionalism by the crew members. Great staff!!!!
Our experience with this glory cruise was just wonderful, could not have afforded to miss it. Everything else on the tour was great, the only disturbance was when our 11 year old daughter caught severe cold. She was sneezing like crazy, for a moment we were much worried but the staff helped to make her feel comfortable and safe. Just the profesional way that everyone was on the cruise made the whole experience amazing. It was such a fun trip I would recommend Glory Legend to anyone.

best cruise in Halong Bay!
Talking about the facilities available with the Halong Glory Legend Cruise, it must be one of the most luxurious halong cruises in the entire Bay. It was all set with mesmerizing interiors and all the modern amenities. The family suite we stayed in, was much spacious and was beautifully decorated. Beds were nice and cozy. The first day on the Glory cruise included lunch and dinner… there was no place for a breakfast as we reached the cruise just an hour before lunch. The Glory Legend offered a good number of options in the menu. We were served both Asian and international cuisine on the tour, all delicious undoubtedly. On our return, we all three agreed that it was our best cruise experience so far. I would strongly recommend Glory Legend Cruise Halong to anyone going to Halong Bay. They offered quality services and every service was backed by the trained, professional and friendly staff. Great going Glory Legend!

If you choose not to partake in any of the outdoor or cruise activities, you can return back to your room. It is well decorated and luxurious. One thing to note is not to shower for too long as the drainage may choke up.
