When visit Vietnam, you should put Halong Bay Cruise tour as number one. 3 hours drive from Hanoi or 170km. Warm welcome at the port and go by small boats to the cruise. Started our itinerary with a marvellous lunch, followed by visiting a surprising cave and then Ti Top island with good time for swimming. Happy hour, cooking demonstration and then enjoy a nice dinner. Overnight in cruise and second morning started with Taichi lesson, light breakfast, visit floating village and back for a nice brunch. A 2 days 1 night full program with wonderful staff and captain. Enjoyed every single minute. The only problem is Wi-Fi is very very weak.

Well worth the 3-4 hours drive from Hanoi to join the boat. Crew friendly & efficient & food plentiful. Cabin has all you need & is very clean with en-suite shower room. Deluxe cabins have small balcony with table & chairs. Top deck is a great place to relax & watch the world go by & has a 360degree view. Cooking demo before dinner is very informative & hilarious when you try it yourselves. Excursion to Surprising Cave & the beach for swimming are worth doing as is the visit to a floating island. Only 17cabins on board Syrena 2 which means it isn’t too crowded or noisy like some of the other many ships offering similar trips. Return transfer can be arranged with cruise & is well worth it. We had 2 different drivers & both were very nice , helpful & extremely competent at he drive.

If you are looking to cruise Halong Bay you must pick this cruise.
Syrena has everything you want for your trip. It is organised, clean, has the perfect mix of activity and chill andthe staff are absolutely amazing-worth their weight in gold.
The boat is in very good condition, probably the nicest boat we saw on the whole trip. The cabins are better than some hotels we have stayed in. Worth to pay alittle extra for a balcony room.
The activities range from caving, kayaking, swimming, bamboo boating, pearl farms oh and the infamous squid fishing (I don’t think anyone ever catches anything tho!). In the evening there is plenty on board to keep you entertained and the morning starts with thai chi!
You will not go hungry whilst on board, plenty of faultless tasty food to keep you happy! The drinks are alittle pricey though.
Mr Big (cruise manager) and his team especially Miss Linh and Mini Minh are exceptional. They will go out of their way to ensure you have a great time even find the football results whilst in the middle of no where!
I was sad to leave and would highly recommend to anyone. Enjoy!

I enjoyed very much. The food was high class. I visited the Cave stalactites. I attended a cooking workshop. I visited a floating village. The training was excellent. Ship comfortable, spacious, beautiful rooms. Was excellent.

We had the 2 days tour with this amazing cruise!From the very first moment of welcoming to the last moment of saying goodbye that was not even one single moment the beautiful crew stopped smiling!They are amazing people and always offer the best service! We were really pleased with this tour and our lovely young tour guide Dah ( hope spelled his name correct! ) Really clean and neat cabins, awesome food. about an hour before getting off he boat, we were supposed to have light brunch but honestly what they generously offered was a complete yummy lunch! Thank you crew! We really appreciate your had work!

Very friendly staff. Good spread for all meals. I love that they have a mix of western and local cuisines at breakfast and lunch. Dinner was a 13-course. The food was generally tasty.
Program was nicely spread out – visit to the Surprising Cave, floating village, pearl farm, optional kayaking etc. And I had ample time to just hang out at the deck, with a book and a drink, which is priceless. Sunset was lovely and so glad I had the room with balcony. Room was clean, including the toilet
