Who we are
Halong Hub is a cruise concierge operating from Vietnam. We inspect overnight vessels in Ha Long, Lan Ha and Bai Tu Long Bay, hold the booking on your behalf, and stay reachable from enquiry to disembarkation.
For everything on this page, Halong Hub is the party responsible for your data — the data controller. Each vessel is a separate company and handles onboard data under its own policy, which we will send you on request.
What we collect
You give us
Full name as printed in your passport, passport or national ID number, nationality, date of birth, gender as shown on the document, phone number, email, the cabin and dates you want, dietary requirements, and any mobility or medical note you decide to share.
Comes with the booking
Payment confirmations from our processor, the vessel’s cabin allocation, transfer pick-up address and time, and the messages you exchange with your concierge.
Collected automatically
Device type, browser, approximate city from your IP address, the pages you viewed and the search filters you used. This is aggregate — we use it to see which vessels people compare, not to build a profile of you.
We never ask for card numbers by email, WhatsApp or Zalo. If a message claiming to be from us asks for one, it is not from us.
