Day 1: Hanoi - Tuan Chau Marina - Halong Bay – Lagoon Natural Area (Lan Ha Bay)

09h00-09h15: Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi old quarter.

Start a 2,5-hour road trip via the 5B express way on high-end limousine or an MPV Kia Sedona (for guests using our transfer service)

12h00-12h30: Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina, transfer by speedboat to the Elite of the Seas. Welcome aboard to our cruise. Freshen up and enjoy our welcome drink. Meet the captain and crew members. Learn safety instructions.

Set sail as lunch is served

12h30-17h00: Join us for a typical lunch in the luxury dining room with indoor or outdoor dining area. You can observe our chef present your food directly to your table.

Check into your cabin. Time to refresh and unwind.

Enjoy the breathtaking views of some islets such as Con Vit Islet, and Thumb Islet while we move to Ao Ech Area.

Drop anchor for kayaking to discover limestone islands, soak in the emerald water or just simply sunbathe at our Celestial Pool area or at your private balcony.

Early evening: Watch the sun go down and enjoy a sunset party with a complimentary cocktails demonstration. It’s a perfect time to make new friends, share your travel story or just relax at the swimming pool, enjoy your time in our golf course, or do exercise in our fitness area.

18h00: Cooking demonstration will be organized at the restaurant area. Let’s try to make one of the best dishes of Vietnam – the fried/fresh spring rolls, with detailed instructions from our staff and guidance from our chef.

19h00: BBQ dinner is served with fresh food menu in our Cirrus Cloud restaurant.

After dinner, reward yourself with a large selection of cocktails at the panoramic bar with a pool view, at the wine and cigar cellar, or take one of our onboard activities: board games, movies, and squid fishing… or relaxing with massage services.

Day 2: Dark & Bright Cave - Hanoi

06h30: Join us on the sundeck for a Tai Chi session for early risers (if you’re one of us!). Tai Chi helps improving your cardiovascular system and your night-time sleep. You can also opt to do exercises in our gym.

07h00-7h45: Local light breakfast is served at Cirrus Cloud restaurant.

08h00: Immerse yourself in the stunning views of the Bay and it’s dramatic limestone islets as we sail through the calm emerald waters heading to Dark & Bright Cave.

Take your option either exploring the cave by yourself on kayak or comfortably on local boat rowed by locals.

09h30: Check out of the room.

10h00: Vietnamese cuisine buffet is served at the Cirrus Cloud restaurant.

12h00: Disembark from the cruise as our crew say farewell, back to Tuan Chau Marina by our speedboat.

Day 2: Lan Ha bay – Viet Hai Village – Natural beach area

6h30: Join us for an early-bird Tai Chi session on the sundeck or do exercises in our gym.

07h30: Have light breakfast with a panorama view of the bay. After breakfast, enjoy your free time on the boat. You can enjoy spa therapies, play board games, watch TV, etc.

10h00-11h30: Vietnamese buffet is served in our Cirrus Cloud restaurant. Then you can go back to your cabin to pack a small bag for the trip to the Viet Hai village, which is located on Cat Ba island.

13h15: Transfer by the speedboat heading to Viet Hai Village.

Afternoon: Take a bicycle ride or go by car to enjoy gorgeous sceneries along village roads and go through rain forests. We also visit a local family’s house to see the daily life of local people. Back to the speedboat to continue cruising further in Lan Ha Bay.

15h00: Our speedboat will stop at a natural beach area for swimming. It’s the perfect time for you to take unique photos with the astounding scenery around you.

Early evening: Return to the Elite of the Seas, take your time to refresh, play a game at our golf course or relax with massage services as we cruise to our sleeping area. Dinner is served with a different menu.

After dinner reward yourself with a large selection of cocktails at our bar, swimming pool, the wine and cigar cellar or enjoy the landscape of the bay at night. Relax with massage services. Take one of our onboard activities like squid fishing, watching movies in the restaurant.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Later changes or downward adjustments to the number of guests of the reservation will be considered a late cancellation and a fee will be applied as below. An upward adjustment will be confirmed and charged based on the situation of actual availability.

15 -19 days before your cruise date: 50% of the total price
7 – 14 days before your cruise date: 70% of the total price
Less than 7 days: Full charge

35 -50 days before your cruise date: 25% of the total price
20 -34 days before your cruise date: 50% of the total price
10 – 19 days before your cruise date: 70% of the total price

Refunds due to bad weather will be issued based on the length of the tour already completed.

All cruises in Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay which want to stop overnight in the Bay must be licensed to manage the Bay and provide safe service.

In the days of bad weather (rainstorms, high winds, big waves, etc.), the Bay management board will consider giving a license or not to the overnight cruise provider to ensure the safety of tourists.

In such a case, we will apply the following policies:

If you arrive at the harbor and have lunch, then go back to Hanoi, we will charge only lunch service + the transfer (if taken).
If you arrive at the harbor and have lunch, visit Halong bay within 5 hours, then go back to Hanoi, we will charge only for the daily cruise trip, entrance fee, lunch and the transfer (if taken).
If you arrive at the harbor and have lunch, visit areas in the bay, stay overnight on a cruise, the next day, have breakfast and go sightseeing, have lunch, then go back to Hanoi, we will charge for the 2 days 1 night price for cruise trip + the transfer (if taken).
If you arrive at the harbor and have a lunch, visit areas in the bay, stay overnight on a cruise, the next day have breakfast and go sightseeing, have lunch, visit the bay within 5 hours, then go back to Hanoi, we will charge for the 2 days 1 night price and 5 hours on a daily cruise trip, lunch, entrance fee + the transfer (if taken).

Note:

The Bay Management Board often gives notice to cancel the overnight sleep permit, possibly while you are on the tour. In such situations, we would like to ask for your understanding about it.

The rainy season from August to October in Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay often has very unusual weather conditions, so overnight cruises in the bay can be canceled unexpectedly, and often with very late notice.

We embarked on the HaLong Bay cruise for 2 days and 1 night, and each moment left us in awe!
