Gazing out at Lagoon Bay is truly a feast for the eyes, especially with the opulent touch of the Grand Pioneer, earning a perfect score! Our attendant, Lily, was incredibly considerate, as she knew we were on our honeymoon and arranged lovely rose petals and towel art for us. The tour around Lagoon Bay was led by a crew member who was exceptionally attentive. I can only express that the adventure was too wonderful to conclude!

Our single night on this cruise went beyond what we had hoped for. The ship was not only luxurious but also immaculate and stunning, with breathtaking views of Ha Long Bay. The staff impressed us with their professionalism and outstanding service. Each team member was welcoming and eager to assist. Our server, Dien (Sky), was particularly attentive and a pleasure to converse with. He ensured our group of nine felt at ease and was well looked after. The cruise featured an abundance of activities and entertainment, keeping us constantly engaged. We had an absolute blast and would highly recommend this cruise to everyone. We truly wished our stay could have been extended!
