12:00 Check-in Warmly welcomed by Signature Team in Halong International Harbour. Complete the luggage check-in procedure at the waiting lounge before boarding for the cruise.
12:45 Onboard Transferred to the Signature Cruise by a tender boat. The Cruise Manager and the whole crew member welcome you onboard, a safety briefing and clearing out the itinerary will be delivered while you are enjoying our signature welcome drink.
13:00 Happy lunch Lunch is served at our cozy restaurant. As the cruise departs towards Bai Tu Long Bay – a hidden gem of Halong Bay Complex, absorb yourself in the gorgeous scenery and famous sights of limestone.
15:00 Summer activities option 01.04 – 30.10
The boat anchors at the Cong Do area, a perfect spot for guests to go kayaking among majestic limestone mountains and enjoy swimming freely at pristine beaches. Guests can also relax on the endless stretches of white sandy shores, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty.
14:45 Winter activities option 01.11 – 31.03
The cruise stops at Vung Vieng Floating fishing village, a wealthy fishing village and had its reputation for culturing pearls. Here we have time to discover the life and culture of fishing people by kayaking.

06:30 Tai-chi class Good morning the Bay by joining Tai-Chi Exercise on the sundeck in 30 minutes whilst cruising to “Thien Canh Son” Cave.
07:00 Breakfast A light breakfast is ready to serve at the restaurant.
08:00 Visiting cave Visit “Thien Canh Son” cave – Thien Canh Son Cave is comprised of three caverns in total, each one strewn with stalactites and stalagmites. 200 steps is waiting for your legs, ready to beat it. Walking long the white sand beach and Bai Tu Long paradise view.
09:00 Check out Come back to Signature cruise, relax and pack the luggage. Leave the luggage outside the door. Signature team will collect and get them ready on the Pier.
09:30 Brunch Enjoy a brunch buffet at the restaurant after check-out while cruising toward the port.
10:45 Goodbye Transfer by tender back to Halong International Habour and disembarkation. Farewell to guests.

Cancellation by Signature Cruises
We Reserve the right to cancel your booking under some unavoidable circumstances as follows: weather conditions, wars, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, terrorism, or under orders from the Local Authority. Please note that we may have to cancel your trip due to bad weather conditions to guarantee the safety of all guests.
The following policies will be applied:
- If the Cancellation is informed before guests leave Hanoi to Hai Phong ( and guests have not used any service yet): 100% refund.
- If the Cancellation is informed during the trip (guests have already used some services: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Ha Long Bay, etc): Only the actual fee of these services will be charged and we will refund the whole of the remaining amount.
- If the Cancellation is informed that the trip will be shortened from 3 days/2 nights to 2 days/1 night, there will be a charge the 2 days 1 night package rate.
- If the Cancellation is informed when our guest has already spent 1st night and taken part in the 2nd day activities on the DAY CRUISE (Sunset) until 3:00-5:00pm, there will be a charge the 2 days 1 night package rate + 70 USD/ 01 Pax.
Note on refunds:
- Payment processing/transfer fees are non-refundable and vary by card/bank.
- Refund timing depends on your bank/card issuer.
The Cancellation of the Cruise will be announced ONLY by Hai Phong Local Port Authority and often at short notice. Therefore your kind understanding in this situation is highly appreciated.

The sunsets on this cruise were stunning. The crew went above and beyond to be helpful. Unfortunately, there was quite a bit of trash floating in the water. It’s really disheartening!

The entire experience, from being picked up, throughout the cruise, and even returning to our hotel, was fantastic. The ship itself shows some wear and tear and could definitely use a fresh coat of paint. Our cabin was both clean and spacious. The bathroom had a peculiar design with open slats on the floor; the toilet seat was also damaged, which is expected given the ship’s age and need for renovation. The meals were delectable, and the beverages were quite affordable. I would definitely consider taking this journey once more.

They are warm, highly skilled, and dedicated to ensuring your comfort. Special thanks to Andy and his partner for their flawless coordination on our first day. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and spacious, featuring a terrace with stunning views. They are beautifully decorated and include a whirlpool bath. The excursions are well-planned, not overly lengthy, and the food is divine. Tasting local dishes, each meal was accompanied by a flag from my country, adding a special touch. Every detail was considered to make this trip truly unforgettable.
