2 Days 1 Night Itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi - Bai Tu Long Bay

07:45 – 08:15

  • Get picked up from your hotel in the Old Quarter or nearby ( not included in the price)

  • You will be taken on our tender from the wharf and make your way out onto the bay to board our luxurious craft, Signature Cruise. You will be welcome aboard and greeted with a complimentary drink. Our Crew will conduct a compulsory safety procedures session and then you are free to check into your cabin and freshen up. Take some time to have a look around the vessel or watch the magical landscape go by.

13:15

  • As we begin to cruise through the bay a special lunch of fresh seafood and an assortment of appetizing favorites will be served. Dining on a luxury junk with fine food and drinks doesn’t come much better than this.

15:00

  • After lunch we set sail for Bai Tu Long Bay passing the towns of Hon Gai and Cam Pha, extraordinary limestone karst landscapes. Explore Vung Vieng fishing village by local rowing boats to discover the interesting daily lives of its inhabitants.

16:30

  • Back onboard Signature Royal Cruise Halong Bay’s main craft we will drop anchor for our overnight stay surrounded by incredible landscape.

17.30 – 18.30

  • Happy hour with special drink menu (Buy one get another one for free).

  • Our Vietnamese cooking demonstration is a great way to learn how to prepare delicious appetizers and we will guide you through the process.

  • Relish special Signature Dinner in restaurant.

  • Your free time to relax with an exotic cocktail or whatever takes your fancy. Our bar has a wide range or wines, beers and liquors and is always a welcome sight for guests after a day on Halong Bay. Order a specialized massage in room. Choosing with other activities boat cruise such as watch documentary movies, squid fishing or simply relax on our roof top deck under the cover of a star filled sky.

Day 2: Bai Tu Long Bay - Hanoi

6:30

  • The nicest time of the day on Halong Bay is the morning. Head to the upper deck to participate in our daily Tai Chi sessions. Relax with an early morning cup of tea, coffee or juice anywhere you wish on the boat and watch the never ending miraculous scenery unfold before you.

7:00

  • Light breakfast will be served in our restaurant (pastries, tea, coffee).

7.30 – 8.30

  • Enjoy the last stage of your trip in Thien Canh Son cave and islets , which is a wild and mysterious beauty in the middle of the World Heritage. Back to our main board afterwards.

9:30

  • Check out of your cabin as we draw closer to the mainland. After a final early brunch and a last goodbye from our crew at 11:15, you will board our tender and head back to the wharf where you will be met by your return trip vehicle to transfer you to Hanoi.

12.00 – 12.30

  • Get on shuttle mini bus and get back to Hanoi.

Day 1: Hanoi - Bai Tu Long Bay

07:45 – 08:15

  • Your cruise will begin with a transfer from the mainland on our excursion boat which will transport you to our main vessel, Signature Cruise. Upon boarding you will be greeted by our friendly Crews and enjoy a complimentary welcome drink. After a brief introduction and safety procedures overview, you will be checked into your cabin and have some free time to relax and explore the craft.

13:15

  • A delicious lunch will be served in our main dining room as we slowly cruise through the magnificent limestone formations which make up Halong Bay. Feast on delicious seafood and range of other delicious dishes as we make our way deeper inside Halong Bay.

15:00

  • Head to Vung Vieng fishing village by local rowing boats or kayaks to explore the interesting daily lives of its inhabitants.

16:30

  • Back onboard Signature Royal Cruise Halong Bay’s main craft we will drop anchor for our overnight stay surrounded by incredible landscape.

17.30 – 18.30

  • Happy hour with special drink menu (Buy one get another one for free).

  • We will conduct a Vietnamese cuisine cooking demonstration and invites you all to participate in the preparation of these mouth-watering delights.

  • Your dinner this evening will be served in our main dinner.

  • Evenings are beautiful on Halong Bay, and just because the sun goes down doesn’t mean the night is over. Take advantage of our onboard facilities or just relax to your heart’s content. Relax at our fully stocked bar with an assortment of local and international favorites. Try your luck at night squid fishing, watch a documentary film or simply relax on our roof top deck.

Day 2: Bai Tu Long Bay

6:30

  • Early birds are welcome to attend sunrise Tai Chi on our upper deck and it’s an excellent way to get your energy levels up for today’s adventures. You will be fascinated by the exquisiteness of Halong Bay in the early hours as you enjoy a coffee, tea.

8:00

  • Enjoy a buffet breakfast with best local coffee brand and freshly fruit juices.

9:00

  • Next we board our Signature Royal Day Boat to head to Cong Dam Area, best known for its crystal clear sandy beaches. Enjoy kayaking, swimming or just relax on a stunning secluded beach.

12:00:

  • Lunch with Signature set menu on our day boat.

15:30:

  • Back on board Signature Royal Cruise, take some time to freshen up, take a nap or just relax at your leisure as we cruise to our overnight area. Witness one of the most brilliant sunsets you will ever see.

17.30 – 18.30:

  • Bar opens for Happy Hour “Buy one get one free”.

  • Enjoy cooking demonstration to discover our Vietnamese cuisine of traditional spring rolls.

19:15:

  • A special dinner will be served offering you outstanding food and quality service.

20:45:

  • This evening is yours to enjoy whatever you please. Tonight we will hold a movie night with a selection of films available. We also have a selection of board games for your entertainment. Our bar is always open and is an ideal place to meet new people and share stories about your adventures.

Day 3: Bai Tu Long Bay - Hanoi

6:30

  • The best time to observe Halong Bay is in the early morning and we suggest that if you didn’t get to witness it yesterday that now is your last chance. Tai Chi will be conducted again today on our upper deck and is a terrific way to feel as one with the peaceful surroundings.

7:30

  • Light breakfast will be served this morning.

7.30 – 8.30

  • Enjoy the last stage of your trip in Thien Canh Son cave and islets, which is a wild and mysterious beauty in the middle of the World Heritage.

9:30

  • Check out of your cabin and enjoy the last stage of your trip with a delicious brunch as we continue to cruise back towards harbor through scenery.

11:15

  • After a final farewell from our staff, you will be transported back to Halong City wharf via our Tender for your transfer back to Hanoi. We trust you had a pleasant journey on Signature Royal Cruise Halong Bay and hope to have the pleasure of your company with us again.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Later changes or downward adjustments to the number of guests of the reservation will be considered a late cancellation and a fee will be applied as below. An upward adjustment will be confirmed and charged based on the situation of actual availability.

  • Up to 20 days before your cruise date: Free of charge
  • 15 -19 days before your cruise date: 50% of the total price
  • 7 – 14 days before your cruise date: 70% of the total price
  •  Less than 7 days: Full charge

  • Up to 50 days before your cruise date: Free of charge
  • 35 -50 days before your cruise date: 20% of the total price
  • 20 -34 days before your cruise date: 50% of the total price
  • 10 – 19 days before your cruise date: 70% of the total price
  • Less than 10 days: Full charge
  1. Charter
  • Up to 100 days before your cruise date: Free of charge
  • 65 – 99 days before your cruise date: 50% of the total price
  • 45 – 64 days before your cruise date: 70% of the total price
  • 35 – 44 days before your cruise date: 90% of the total price
  • Less than 35 days: Full charge

Refunds due to bad weather will be issued based on the length of the tour already completed.

 *** In case of bad weather, the fee will be applied as follows:

All cruises in Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay which want to stop overnight in the Bay must be licensed to manage the Bay and provide safe service.

In the days of bad weather (rainstorms, high winds, big waves, etc.), the Bay management board will consider giving a license or not to the overnight cruise provider to ensure the safety of tourists.

In such a case, we will apply the following policies:

  1. If you arrive at the harbor and have lunch, then go back to Hanoi, we will charge only 40 USD per person + the transfer (if taken).
  2. If you arrive at the harbor and have lunch, visit Halong bay within 5 hours, then go back to Hanoi, we will charge only 80 USD per person and the transfer (if taken).
  3. If you arrive at the harbor and have lunch, visit areas in the bay, stay overnight on a cruise, the next day, have breakfast and go sightseeing, have lunch, then go back to Hanoi, we will charge for the 2 days 1 night price for cruise trip + the transfer (if taken).
  4. If you arrive at the harbor and have a lunch, visit areas in the bay, stay overnight on a cruise, the next day have breakfast and go sightseeing, have lunch, visit the bay within 5 hours, then go back to Hanoi, we will charge for the 2 days 1 night price and 5 hours on a daily cruise trip, lunch, entrance fee + the transfer (if taken).

Note:

The Bay Management Board often gives notice to cancel the overnight sleep permit, possibly while you are on the tour. In such situations, we would like to ask for your understanding about it.

The rainy season from August to October in Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay often has very unusual weather conditions, so overnight cruises in the bay can be canceled unexpectedly, and often with very late notice.

In all cases, please contact our staff, we will always do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
