Dora Cruise - 2 Days 1 Night

Day 1: HANOI- HALONG – LAN HA ON DORA CRUISE (L/D)

08:30 – 9:15: Our tour guide pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. (if you use our limousine bus or private car)

09:20: Departure to Halong Bay. You will have 1 short break during the way before arrive in Tuan Chau marina.

12:00 – 12:15: Arrive to Tuan Chau harbor.

12:30 – 13:15: Transferred by boat to Dora Cruise. Welcome to Dora Cruise and enjoy welcome drink, meet the captain, crew to get a brief introduction about cruise and safety guidelines. Check-in your cabin.

13:15 – 13:30: Enjoy Vietnamese seafood and vegetarian lunch, while cruising in the magnificent Halong Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay.

– Continue cruising through Con Vit islet (Duck Islet), Thumb islet and Gia Luan Harbor where belonged to Cat Ba area.

– Discover lagoon natural area belonged to Lan Ha bay. Drop anchor for swimming or just simply sunbathe on our cruise (private, wild and fresh air).

– Heading back toward the sleeping area

– Do kayaking and swimming at Ba Trai Dao Islet or Tra Bau area where

17.30: Come back to our Dora Cruise and participate in our sunset party with fruit, cake and wine. Take photos and relax

18:00 – 18:15: Join cooking class guided directly by Chef of Dora Halong Cruise. You have chance to practice Vietnamese traditional dishes such as spring roll or famous cuisine of Vietnam

19:15: Time for dinner enjoying special seafood and Vietnamese typical food on the cruise.

21:00: Evening entertainments: play game on the cruise: cards game, chess, listen to music, squid fishing, relaxing and overnight on the Dora Cruise.

Day 2: DORA LAN HA – DARK & LIGHT CAVE – HA LONG CRUISE – HANOI (B/L)

06.00: Early morning sun risers can enjoy Tai Chi lesson on sundeck.

07.15: Morning view of bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee. Have breakfast.

08.15: You will be at reception to go visit Dark & Bright Cave by the tender (the transfer boat) to the small floating house and there you can have opportunity to explore the cave on local bamboo boat (rowing by the locals).

09:30 – 10:15: Come back to Dora Cruise and check-out from the private cabin and enjoy a fantastic cruise on the bay.

10:30: Have early lunch at the cruise before check out

11:30: Dora Cruise are landing near Tuan Chau Harbor and transfer guest to Tuan Chau, say goodbye to Halong Bay and finish the cruise

12:15: Return to gate 35, Tuan Chau marina and travel with our limousine bus to Hanoi Old Quarter

13:50 – 14:00: Stopover in Hai Duong province to relax.

15:30 – 16:00: Arrive in Hanoi

Day 2: TAI CHI – BREAFAST – CYCLING AT VIET HAI VILLAGE - SUNSET PARTY (B/L/D)

06:00: Join us for a Tai Chi session for the early risers on the sun deck. Tai chi helps focus the mind and condition the body and there is no better environment to practice this than amongst the limestone peaks and islands.

07:15: Joining light breakfast in a panorama view of the world heritage site. After breakfast, enjoy your time for relaxing in amazing view of the Lan Ha bay while the boat continues cruising further for sightseeing.

08:45: Transfer to the Daily Boat heading to Viet Hai Village – a not touristic place surrounded by Cat Ba reserved jungle.

10.30: Visit Viet Hai Village

+ Option 1: Do cycling around Viet Hai Village

+ Option 2: Use electric car to visit Viet Hai Village

12.00: Get back the day boat to continue cruising further in Lan Ha Bay. Enjoy the lunch with beautiful view.

13.00-14.00: Arrive the peaceful area for swimming or Kayaking at the peaceful & beautiful Lan Ha bay. You will join the guide to kayak around the wonderful wide nature, clean water. There is a beautiful small beach named Three Peaches as the special shaped limestone mountains surrounding

15.00: We move on to some hidden beaches around Ba Trai Dao (Three Peaches) area and swimming there

17:00 – 17:30: Back to Dora Cruise

18:15: Take time to refresh or play some short game or with massage services as we cruise to sleeping area. Enjoy the Sunset Party & Cooking Class on the Sundeck.

19:15: Time for dinner enjoying special seafood and Vietnamese typical food on the cruise.

After dinner reward yourself with a large selection of cocktails at our bar, wine and cigars cellar or enjoy the landscape of the bay at night. Take one of our on-board activities like squid fishing, watching movies in the restaurant.

21:00: Evening entertainments: play game on the cruise: cards game, chess, listen to music, squid fishing, relaxing and overnight on the Dora Cruise.

Day 3: DORA LAN HA – DARK & LIGHT CAVE – HA LONG CRUISE – HANOI (B/L)

Dora Restaurant & Bar locates on the 3rd floor offer with panoramic opening view of the Bay. Customers can be connected with the amazing beauty of Lan Ha Bay while enjoying the meals by day and night.

It is a warm and romantic atmosphere; will be the feeling you have when sitting by overlooking sea view window and being served in our restaurant. Our restaurant is around 350m2, we can serve up to 80 guests with variety of traditional Vietnamese and Western Foods.

As a solo traveler, I felt safe and welcomed on Dora Cruise. The staff were friendly and checked in on me often without being intrusive. My cabin was quiet and spotless. Kayaking was peaceful and easy to follow even for beginners. The only challenge was the steep staircase between decks, but the crew helped when needed. Hannah was right that this was a good ship for solo guests.

Dora Cruise offered a calm and pleasant experience. Check in was quick and organized. My cabin was larger than expected and very clean. Meals were good, and the activities stayed on schedule. The top deck was my favorite place during sunset. I would have liked a little more time at the beach stop, but overall this cruise was very relaxing.

I traveled with two friends, and Dora Cruise was perfect for our group. The cabins were modern and spotless. Hannah arranged shared transport for us and everything was on time. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and loved the peaceful kayaking session. Drinks onboard cost more than on land, but that was expected. Overall, it was a fun and beautiful experience.
