HURRICANE CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of force majeure due to the bad weather, customers had to temporarily stop using our services because Board of management in Hai Phong bay suddenly does not allow vessels operate in the Gulf. So we would like to send customers some notification to apply in the following situations:
- Guests eat lunch (only) on boat.
- Price: 45$/pax
- Including: Room services, Lunch, Drinks (1 mineral water + 1 soft drink)
- Guests eat lunch and cruise the Bay within 4 to 5 hours (depend on Hai Phong bay Management policy)

We were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable everything felt aboard Indochine. The room had a big window and a warm atmosphere, with just the right touches of Vietnamese design. The staff were very sweet, they offered ginger tea when I said I wasn’t feeling well and always greeted us with smiles. The kayaking was calm and easy, and we loved the chance to get up close to the rock formations. Even the squid fishing, which I thought would be silly, was fun to try after dinner. Hannah was great at helping us choose a cruise that was more traditional and not too touristy. If you’re someone who likes a slower pace and quiet moments, this cruise is perfect.
