HURRICANE CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of force majeure due to the bad weather, customers had to temporarily stop using our services because Board of management in Hai Phong bay suddenly does not allow vessels operate in the Gulf. So we would like to send customers some notification to apply in the following situations:

This journey is definitely rewarding. Despite the bay being crowded with tourist vessels, once you set sail, you encounter spots where you’re almost alone. The cabins feature enormous windows with views of the outside, perfect for taking in the breathtaking scenery, and the bathroom is quite satisfactory. The cuisine is excellent and diverse, and the entire crew is exceptionally attentive, especially Nhât, who handled the entertainment. His flawless English and charming appearance make interactions effortless, and the amiable Fleen provided wonderful service in the dining area. We embarked on two outdoor adventures: the first day included kayaking to a small cave leading to an indoor inlet, and the following day, we explored the vast and astonishing Bat Cave. Both were fascinating, though if I had to choose, the latter was certainly more impressive. Additionally, there’s a jacuzzi and a sun deck on the ship, perfect for unwinding.
