HURRICANE CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of force majeure due to the bad weather, customers had to temporarily stop using our services because Board of management in Hai Phong bay suddenly does not allow vessels operate in the Gulf. So we would like to send customers some notification to apply in the following situations:

Fantastic experience. With the ship being just two weeks old, all amenities were immaculate. The crew was incredibly accommodating and promptly addressed any issues that arose. However, the shower in room 116 requires repair as it causes flooding. Breakfast and lunch are served buffet-style, while dinner offers table service. We traveled on February 23, 2025, and the weather was a chilly 16 degrees with overcast skies. Be sure to pack warm trousers and a sweater. We highly recommend this trip and suggest staying for two nights.
