Overview
In late 2020, a modern-design cruise with a unique routing named La Casta Regal has launched. Going beyond the ordinary itinerary, our La Casta Regal Cruise will take you passing by the most famous part of Halong bay from Tuan Chau international marina then visiting the forgotten paradise in the southern part of Halong Bay: amazing Lan Ha Bay.
With only 24 luxurious cabins on board with the lowest size of 28 sqm, the cruise will promise the best experience you can take in the bay. Thanks to its architecture, all cabins in La Casta Regal Cruise provide a full ocean view and a private balcony to let you have a panoramic view of the bay. There are 4 available choices of room type, namely, Junior Suite, Senior Suite, Family Suite, VIP Suite – Honeymoon Suite with private terrace – each with its own advantages and fitted for a specific group of travellers. Every single detail from the facilities to public amenities are well-equipped that aims to bring the comfiest, cosiest and the most satisfying experiences to customers such as outdoor Jacuzzi swimming pool, beauty spa services, theme party on request, pick up services by Limousine car (on request), luxurious bar and restaurant, and so forth.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Later changes or downward adjustments to the number of guests of the reservation will be considered a late cancellation and a fee will be applied as below. An upward adjustment will be confirmed and charged based on the situation of actual availability.
- From 1 to 5 cabins
- Up to 20 days before your cruise date: Free of charge
- 15 -19 days before your cruise date: 50% of the total price
- 7 – 14 days before your cruise date: 70% of the total price
- Less than 7 days: Full charge
- Up to 5 cabins
- Up to 50 days before your cruise date: Free of charge
- 35 -50 days before your cruise date: 25% of the total price
- 20 -34 days before your cruise date: 50% of the total price
- 10 – 19 days before your cruise date: 70% of the total price
- Less than 10 days: Full charge
- Charter
- Up to 100 days before your cruise date: Free of charge
- 65 – 99 days before your cruise date: 50% of the total price
- 45 – 64 days before your cruise date: 70% of the total price
- 35 – 44 days before your cruise date: 90% of the total price
- Less than 35 days: Full charge
Refunds due to bad weather will be issued based on the length of the tour already completed.
*** In case of bad weather, the fee will be applied as follows:
All cruises in Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay which want to stop overnight in the Bay must be licensed to manage the Bay and provide safe service.
In the days of bad weather (rainstorms, high winds, big waves, etc.), the Bay management board will consider giving a license or not to the overnight cruise provider to ensure the safety of tourists.
In such a case, we will apply the following policies:
- If you arrive at the harbor and have lunch, then go back to Hanoi, we will charge only lunch service + the transfer (if taken).
- If you arrive at the harbor and have lunch, visit Halong bay within 5 hours, then go back to Hanoi, we will charge only for the daily cruise trip, entrance fee, lunch and the transfer (if taken).
- If you arrive at the harbor and have lunch, visit areas in the bay, stay overnight on a cruise, the next day, have breakfast and go sightseeing, have lunch, then go back to Hanoi, we will charge for the 2 days 1-night price for cruise trip + the transfer (if taken).
- If you arrive at the harbor and have a lunch, visit areas in the bay, stay overnight on a cruise, the next day have breakfast and go sightseeing, have lunch, visit the bay within 5 hours, then go back to Hanoi, we will charge for the 2 days 1 night price and 5 hours on a daily cruise trip, lunch, entrance fee + the transfer (if taken).
Note:
The Bay Management Board often gives notice to cancel the overnight sleep permit, possibly while you are on the tour. In such situations, we would like to ask for your understanding about it.
The rainy season from August to October in Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay often has very unusual weather conditions, so overnight cruises in the bay can be canceled unexpectedly, and often with very late notice.
