Our experience on the Scarlet Pearl Cruise was truly unforgettable. The serene environment combined with exceptional service exceeded our every expectation. Chris, the cruise manager, was outstanding—attentive, considerate, and always ready to go above and beyond for us. For our wedding anniversary, Chris organized a delightful surprise: a lovely cake, which he arranged by collaborating with seven different cruise managers! During dinner, he and the team presented it with a heartfelt love song, creating such a touching and memorable moment for us. We also indulged in a soothing massage that left us utterly relaxed and had a fantastic time kayaking through the tranquil bay. The following morning, we set off on the Catamaran to further explore the region, adding an extra layer of adventure to our getaway. Although our visit was brief, it was packed with cherished memories thanks to the remarkable crew on board. We wholeheartedly recommend booking with Scarlet Pearl and are eager to return—next time, for an even longer stay!

The boat had an impressive appearance, and with just a handful of passengers on board (around 15-20), the voyage felt quite intimate. All the staff communicated in English, and the cruise manager was exceptionally welcoming. The rooms were large and offered a fantastic view through a one-way window. My sole gripe was a tiny gap in the bathroom’s glass wall curtains, though it would require some effort to peek in. The meals were superb and elegantly presented. The destination we visited was breathtaking and a standout part of our journey.

Traveling aboard Scarlet Pearl’s Catamaran Ultra Luxury was truly a magical journey! Our exclusive sun decks became our personal havens, ideal for enjoying those stunning sunset views. The crew members were phenomenal, offering service that felt tailor-made for us. It was as if the entire cruise had been crafted with just us in mind. Absolutely adored it 😍

We had a fantastic time on the Scarlet Pearl cruise. The team members were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The cuisine was spectacular, and the service was top-notch. Our accommodations were both roomy and spotless, and the crew made sure we were part of all the fun activities. We’re already planning our return trip. A big thanks to Chris, Eric, and the entire crew for making our trip memorable.

We signed up for a two-night cruise. On the second day, we journeyed to a quaint island where we could either cycle or ride in an electric car to a nearby village. The boat ride to reach the island took over an hour. Upon arriving at the village, I was disappointed to find out that instead of exploring, we were ushered into a couple of houses where a guide explained village life to us. It seemed like every other cruise had also made a stop at this spot! There was no chance to wander around or purchase souvenirs. After returning to the dock, I inquired if we could explore the area further and was told it wasn’t possible. Back on the ship, we proceeded to the next activity, which involved kayaking to a beach for swimming or diving from the back of the boat. At no point was it mentioned that kayaking was required to reach the beach! Consequently, I ended up sitting on the catamaran for an hour while others enjoyed the beach. This was not communicated to us, or I would have remained on the ship instead of wasting an entire day, given my injury that prevents me from kayaking. It’s essential for them to update their itinerary for clarity and perhaps include some free exploration time on the tours. I felt like I was being herded around. On a positive note, the food aboard was delicious, and the staff were fantastic.

The cabins and entire vessel were equipped with expansive windows, offering breathtaking vistas of the bay’s magnificent landscape. Captain Chris exuded warmth and hospitality, always attentive to the passengers’ needs and remaining composed and friendly while giving his all. Our guide, Eric, was not only amiable and approachable but also possessed deep knowledge about the area’s history and the diverse wildlife on the bay’s islands. His kindness and expertise made our excursions extra special, perfectly aligning with the romantic escape we had envisioned. Our experience was wonderful, and we wholeheartedly recommend an extended voyage on the Pearl to everyone.
