It is one of our motivations to develop Doris Cruise – truly 5-star cruise to discover the new route from Halong – Natural World Heritage site in Vietnam and Lan Ha Bay – the largest and most glamorous bay in Cat Ba. Day 1: Ha Long Bay - Lan Ha Bay - Tra Bau

08h45 – 09h15: Pick up from Hanoi ( If you book our limousine bus/regular private car)

12h00-12h30: Check in Reception at dock 35 Tuan Chau

12h30 – 12h45: Leaving dock to cruise in the bay 13h30: Check in Cruise and Have lunch

15h30 – 17h00: Kayaking and swimming at Tra Bau area (the background of “Kong Skull Island movie”) or use Jacuzzi (Located prow of 3rd deck)

Notice: Short close or swim suite, flip flop is suitable for kayaking.

Reception Provide: Life jackets; Towels, Dry bags (keep Camera, cellphone to take picture)

Meeting point: The Reception (The back of the second Deck)

18h00: Enjoy Sunset Party: Cakes; peanut; fruit, tea for Complementary and join the cooking demonstration during sunset party, enjoy happy hour and relax.

19h30: Have dinner

20h30: Evening entertainments: squid fishing, relaxing and spend the
night on the Doris Cruise.

Day 2: Transfer to Dayboat - Viet Hai Village - Ba Trai Dao

06h00: Practice Taichi on the Sundeck

7h30 – 08h30: Have breakfast: Eggs, cake, coffee… You could skip it if you want to sleep more

Prepare to bring: Swimsuits, cameras or cellphones, sandals or shoes, warm clothes (depends on the weather), sunglasses, cash if you buy drinks…. Hand houses keeping Card please

08h45: Getting on the transfer boat to Viet Hai Village.

10h30 – 12h00:
Options:
+ Option 1 : Do cycling around Viet Hai Village
+ Option 2: Use electric car to visit Viet Hai Village

12h – 12h20: Have lunch on the daily boat.

13h30 – 14h00: Kayaking around hidden Islands to explore the beauty
and the hidden charm of Lan Ha bay

15h00 – 15:30: We move on to some hidden beaches around Ba Trai Dao (Three Peaches) area and swimming there

16h30 – 17h00: Back to Doris Cruise

18h00: Enjoy Sunset Party and join the cooking demonstration, happy hour and relax.

19h30: Have dinner.

20h30: Evening entertainments: squid fishing, relaxing and spend
the night on the Doris Cruise.

Day 3: Lan Ha Bay - Dark Bright Cave - Ha Long Bay

06h00: Practice Taichi on the Sundeck

07h30 – 8h00: Have breakfast

08h30 – 10h00: Visit Dark & Bright cave by our tender. You can do the rowing boat trip by local people.

Or You can stay on the cruise for relaxing.

10h00: Go back to the cruise

10h30: Check your cabin out. Please put your luggage in front of the door and return your room key to the receptionist, take good care of your
important belongings.

10h45: Have lunch at the restaurant

11h45: Leaving Doris Cruise to get on the transfer boat back Tuan Chau Harbor dock 35.

12h30: Arrive the mainland

Doris Restaurant & Bar locates on the 3rd floor offer with panoramic opening view of the Bay. Customers can be connected with the amazing beauty of Lan Ha Bay while enjoying the meals by day and night.

It is a warm and romantic atmosphere; will be the feeling you have when sitting by overlooking sea view window and being served in our restaurant. Our restaurant is around 350m2, we can serve up to 80 guests with variety of traditional Vietnamese and Western Foods.

Leisure time to enjoy the bar, watching TV, complimentary WIFI, playing cards, browsing our selection of books and magazines or relaxing.

DORIS SUNDECK
With a square of 350m2 on spacious sundeck, Cooking class, Taichi class and Afternoon tea are available for you to join. It is also the ideal place for sunbathing in comfortable lounge chairs while drinking a cocktail or reading a book in the most magical moment.

In the Skybar, our talent bartender is available almost the time until midnight to serve you with highlight drinks to fulfill your experiences on board. Smoking is allowed here.

My friends and I had a great time on Doris Cruise. Booking through Hannah was smooth and she answered every question within minutes. The ship felt stylish and clean with a nice rooftop deck for photos. Kayaking was the best part, and the guides were patient even with beginners. My only minor issue was that the hot water took a moment to stabilize, but nothing major. The trip delivered exactly what we hoped for.

Hannah recommended Doris because I wanted a newer ship with comfortable facilities, and she was right on target. The cabin actually looked larger than in the photos and the bathroom felt more like a hotel than a boat. The staff were friendly and quick to help with luggage. I liked the food but the breakfast could have included more fruit. The Tai Chi at sunrise was a calm highlight. Ideal for couples or anyone who loves modern comfort without paying luxury prices.

I booked Doris Cruise through HalongHub after getting guidance from Hannah, who helped me compare several Lan Ha Bay routes. Doris looked modern but not too large, and it absolutely matched that expectation. Boarding was easy and the crew were relaxed but attentive. My cabin had a wide window and the room felt fresh, not humid like some older boats. The food was generous and nicely plated, especially the seafood dinner. The only thing that felt a bit rushed was the cave visit, but the kayaking was peaceful and made up for it. I would book this again without hesitation.
