Cancellation & Refund Policy
Later changes or downward adjustments to the number of guests of the reservation will be considered a late cancellation and a fee will be applied as below. An upward adjustment will be confirmed and charged based on the situation of actual availability.

Cancellation for bad weather or unexpected situations:
- If the cancellation is informed before guests leave Hanoi to Ha Long Bay (and guests have not used any service yet): 100% refund.
- If the cancellation is informed during the trip (guests have already used some services: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Ha Long…): Only the actual fees of these services will be charged and Party B will refund whole remained amount.

Note:
The Bay Management Board often gives notice to cancel the overnight sleep permit, possibly while you are on the tour. In such situations, we would like to ask for your understanding about it.
The rainy season from August to October in Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay often has very unusual weather conditions, so overnight cruises in the bay can be canceled unexpectedly, and often with very late notice.
In all cases, please contact our staff, we will always do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
