Sena Cruise

Our intimate group of 12 travelers enjoyed an incredible two-day journey aboard the Sena Cruise. Everything was flawless—scenery, vessel, cuisine, staff, the cooking class, and the extra activities like kayaking and boating. Our tour guide, Phuc, was outstanding—humorous, well-informed, and fluent in English. He was always ready to assist and even treated us to a stunning musical performance on a one-of-a-kind instrument. Throughout the trip, we transformed from strangers into friends while having a great time. I wholeheartedly recommend this cruise and Phuc as your guide.

We had an incredible journey with Sena Cruises exploring Han La Bay. The scenery from our suite was breathtaking. The meals were delectable, and the service was flawless. Our guide, Mr. Sunday, made the trip unforgettable with his numerous skills. His energy was contagious. There were plenty of activities to enjoy, such as Karaoke, Tai Chi, kayaking, cooking lessons, and even nighttime squid fishing. They made my birthday memorable with a lovely cake and the entire ship singing Happy Birthday to me.

Our 2-day, 1-night cruise was a delightful experience. ‘Men’, our guide, collected us from our Hanoi hotel and was entertaining, supportive, and highly professional. The cabins were charming, complete with balconies, and the food was outstanding. Every member of the staff was incredibly welcoming. Despite the weather not being ideal, we had a fantastic time. They also organized our onward travel to Ninh Binh, allowing us to bypass returning to Hanoi.

The ship was quite pleasant, and our room provided great comfort. The staff was attentive, though not exceptional. The meals stood out, especially the egg coffee, which is a must-try. However, I felt the prices were a bit steep. The scenery was stunning, and cleanliness was evident throughout.

The crew was fantastic, the cabin was stunning, the cuisine was incredible, and the scenery was breathtaking. We took part in a row boat excursion through the caves, which was a bit busy, yet we absolutely loved the kayaking and swimming directly from the boat.

The tour was great, and Mike, our guide, was extremely professional. We all had a wonderful time on the boat and the food was delicious! The crew on the boat was very attentive to all the guests.

We arranged a 1-night, 2-day cruise with Sena Cruises and found the entire process, from our first email contact to boarding, to be seamless and efficient. Responses to our emails were immediate, and every inquiry was addressed quickly. The cruise itself was delightful. Our cabin was stunning, and the scenery through the windows was breathtaking. Upon arrival at the marina, we were greeted by “Superman,” the charming gentleman overseeing everything. He engaged with us throughout our journey, ensuring we felt cared for and enjoyed every moment. The food on board was both delicious and abundant.

The experience was exceptionally well-organized and truly enjoyable. Tommy, our guide, reached out to us and arranged both our pickup and drop-off at the hotel. He did a fantastic job pointing out interesting sights during our journey, which took at least 2.5 hours from Hanoi because of the traffic! The boat was spotless and well-kept, with a staff eager to ensure a pleasant trip. Our room was cozy, featuring a balcony and air conditioning. The food was excellent, and they were very attentive to a group member’s food allergies. Halong offers stunning scenery, although it’s quite popular, so don’t expect solitude. We enjoyed activities like exploring caves and kayaking.

The decks provided perfect spots for either shade or sun, depending on the weather. Our room was elegant, and the dining area was spotless. The heart of this cruise was its exceptional staff; Huong, in particular, made us feel like family and treated us with such warmth throughout our trip. The chef was extraordinarily skilled, serving the most exquisite meals I’ve ever enjoyed, whether in Australia or Vietnam. Every dish was a masterpiece in both flavor and presentation. The tour guides offered insightful information and engaged with each guest warmly. With only around 30 passengers on board, the cruise was wonderfully intimate, allowing us to connect with lovely people from various parts of the world and enjoy a hilariously fun night of karaoke. All activities were managed punctually and with impressive efficiency.
