Cancellation & Refund Policy
Later changes or downward adjustments to the number of guests of the reservation will be considered a late cancellation and a fee will be applied as below. An upward adjustment will be confirmed and charged based on the situation of actual availability.
- From 1 to 6 cabins
- Up to 20 days before your cruise date: Free of charge
- 15 -19 days before your cruise date: 50% of the total price
- 7 – 14 days before your cruise date: 70% of the total price
- Less than 7 days: Full charge
- Up to 6 cabins
- Up to 50 days before your cruise date: Free of charge
- 35 -50 days before your cruise date: 25% of the total price
- 20 -34 days before your cruise date: 50% of the total price
- 10 – 19 days before your cruise date: 70% of the total price
- Less than 10 days: Full charge
Refunds due to bad weather will be issued based on the length of the tour already completed.
*** In case of bad weather, the fee will be applied as follows:
All cruises in Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay which want to stop overnight in the Bay must be licensed to manage the Bay and provide safe service.
In the days of bad weather (rainstorms, high winds, big waves, etc.), the Bay management board will consider giving a license or not to the overnight cruise provider to ensure the safety of tourists.
In such a case, we will apply the following policies:
- Have lunch onboard and without bay cruising: VND 500.000 per pax
- Have lunch onboard and using cruise for day cruising: VND 1.640.000 per pax
- 03 day 02 night itinerary, but using day boat till 4PM for the 2nd day: Charged 83% of 3 day 2 night’s rate
- 03 day 02 night itinerary but shortened to 02 day 01 night itinerary: Charged as 02 day 01 night itinerary
- Only round-way shuttle bus service and no other services onboard: As shuttle bus rate in the contract
TRANSFER OF GUESTS
In the event of force majeure or other unexpected calamities such that we are unable to provide cruise services for passengers
with confirmed reservation; we will attempt to support you by transferring to other vessels or suppliers. WE will bear any reasonable transport and other costs incurred in the occasion of transferring. Before transferring, we must immediately inform you. We agreed to cooperate and communicate effectively to make the best out of the situation for both Parties.

An impressive cruise
Thanks to La Regina Cruises for giving us a very enjoyable trip. When preparing to board the delegation was greeted by a drumbeat, joyful, wonderful and impressive. Welcome delegates are friendly members, friendly, polite, always considerate. The service on board extremely rich, attractive. The boat is very new, beautiful. Everything is wonderful. After two days and nights, La Regina cruise was very satisfying. The staff is very good in English and there is no problem in communication. Every staff member always smiles when seeing us. Organizing activities is also timely. The rooms are comfortable, each room has a balcony and floor to ceiling windows, and the bathroom also has a bathtub, which feels like you are in a hotel. Thanks to the manager Kevin and the reception Martin, as well as all the staff. Highly recommended.

La Regina Cruise is awesome
It was pleasing to take the tour with this cruise ! The room was real 5 stars, the foods and others were great too! And the staffs are very professional and friendly, especially Ms. Phuong Linh!
Absolutely the best experience on your trip to Vietnam
The facilities were very clean and luxurious, the staff was friendly and the program was reasonable. Especially room was spacious and terrace was really good. It was the most memorable experience I had in Vietnam. All meals were served in buffet and a la carte for 2 days and 1 night, and I was able to eat without hunger. Cocktails were also delicious, so we were able to eat a lot at cheaper prices during Happy Hour.
Dream cruise
Amazing Cruise! A new ship, we were at night and did not want to leave. The room is very large and luxurious, the ship is beautiful and the staff is nice and caring. The food was excellent - totally worth the price.

A trip for life
The staff is very attentive, the room is clean and comfortable. there are many services on board. Meals are full of fresh nutrients. Glad I took it.
Great in everything
A luxurious and amazing cruise! We decided to indulge in our honeymoon. The rooms are large and beautiful !! Excellent shower !! Delicious food! I am a vegetarian and they took care of everything and worried all the time that I eat and amused me! Staff with excellent service! Do not regret it!
Perfect memories
Because it is a new ship, it was a little worrying to choose La Regina without reference. But those two days and nights were very happy and grateful, Kevin and Martin and all the staff were very enthusiastic! The room is also very good! Super recommended.
