Mon Cheri Cruise Lan Ha Bay

If you're looking for a Ha Long Bay overnight cruise, this is the one!We booked a two day cruise. Meals were good. Not very authentic Vietnamese, but accommodating to people of all flavors. Dont be afraid to ask for more. They are more than happy to oblige. Great for small intimate groups. The rooms were clean and comfy. The only complaint was it took quite long to get them cool, and they hardly got cool enough. There was a cooking class also. The music band played during dinner. We really wish we had done the 3 day cruise.

The cruise was brilliant, the food was delicious, and the staffs were friendly. The room was spacious with balcony and a large window. It was amazing to wake up with the view of Halong bay. Highly recommended!

Our room was modern and spacious, with a balcony which was a great spot to sit down and admire the view. Meals were tasty & very generous (5 courses!). We really enjoyed the tours (kayaking, and to the Hospital Cave on Cat Ba) with a knowledgeable guide. There are also a range of activities to take part in on the ship, and we'd recommend taking part in as many as you can as they were all fun (in particular, squid fishing on the first evening was great). The whole staff team were consummately professionals.

We stayed for 3 days - 2 nights on the Mon Chéri cruise. The third day is a must!!! We went deeper in the bay on the day boat, biked on Cat Ba island to reach the small village Viet Hai. Because we were only two for the middle day, we hiked on the mountain with our amazing guide Binh to get the best view on the bay! The lunch on the boat was delicious and authentic (seafood, barbecue, soup, vegetables and fruits). The crew (all from Cat Ba) was very welcoming and warming. A big thank to Cuong, Lich, Hoa and also the chef, Luyen, for the delicious food on the day boat!!

We arrived at the boat to be greeted by the crew waving to us and their hospitality never ended until we got back in our car to return to Hanoi. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The meals were perfect and the activities were well organised. A very enjoyable couple of days (we did the 2 night cruise) and would recommend it to anyone half interested in seeing this beautiful Halong Bay. Mon Cheri is definitely 5 star.

My just-married wife and I decided to take in a 2 night/3 day Halong Bay Cruise whilst visiting Vietnam on our honeymoon, and everything about the Mon Cheri Cruise was absolutely 5 star.The staff were very friendly and attentive to all our needs and desires. Lovely surprises were in store for us, as the staff had decorated our room to mark our occasion, and also surprised us by dimming the lights at dinner on our first evening, and presented us with a celebratory wedding cake. Brilliant touches Mon Cheri !!!The itinerary was also excellent. Plenty to do, and loaded with variation.Would definitely recommend this boat to my friend if they are considering a cruise in Halong Bay.

I was impressed about Halong bay with Mon Chéri cruise. From timely pick-up to drop-off by a Limousine, everything was smooth and very well organized. The rooms are spacious, luxurious and comfortable. The crew was super friendly and helpful, especially a waiter who name Bon was doing great. Highly recommend!

It was just perfect ! Although we are vegan, but once giving them the notice, everyday we had special meals that were just AWESOME in Vietnamese style... That was soooo good. Everybody was very helpful, kind, and friendly! They did everything to make us happy. The boat is new, very beautiful. The activities were great. We highly recommend that cruise !!

I loved it!I will suggest to add more interactions with locals at Cat Ba island, to know more about their lives and make this trip more cultural and interesting.

The ship was really great, the food and service were amazing! We boarded the ship discovering Halong Bay and on our route weren't many other ships. Even when the weather was not very nice but we still had a great tour in an amazing area!

We have a 2-day cruise with Mon Cheri. The service, as so often in Vietnam, is just incredibly good. We were picked up with a luxury bus (on time) and could enjoy the ride in leather seats and free Wi-Fi. Already on arrival, the employees waved to us and at lunch time we knew what a great choice we met. For lunch there was already a 6 course menu; from shrimp to spring rolls to chicken everything was there. What I remembered most positively was the fact that it was still loose in terms of dress code (wearing shorts at dinner). The ship itself was still very new and to the complete satisfaction. From the upper deck you had a beautiful view of Halong Bay. The cabin was a dream. With only 1 night you did not know what to do first. There was also a cooking class, night fishing, kayaking and a cave tour.As a farewell there was even a cashmere scarf. As a result, there can be only 5 stars here!

We did the one-night cruising and it was simply wonderful. From the beginning to the end. The spectacular treatment, the delicious and elegant food, the fantastic excursions ... everything.We had a problem with our room and it was not working well the air conditioning ... we have complained and although they fixed, in the end they changed our room and we got the 303 .... wonderful, huge, with jacuzzi and sofa Massages ... spectacular.Thanks to Mr. Huong for making the cruise so perfect for everyone, you are amazing!

It was my honeymoon in HaLong Bay on a nice cruise with a good price. Within two days, I was having so much fun with a lot of activities. The staff there were very friendly. The cabin was huge and luxurious. I would highly recommend that you take HaLong Bay trip on the Mon Cheri Cruise.
