Rosa Cruise Halong Bay

For those who have never hear of Halong Bay you are missing out on one of the worlds most amazing places. We were so glad to have booked this trip on board the Rose Cruise Halong. We took the two day one night tour and wished we had booked for longer. Everything is well organised with interesting excursions mixed with relaxation time on board. The accommodation is much better than we would have expected, like a top hotel, and the food was really delicious.

Everything we arranged worked out perfectly and our guide was so helpful. All staff on the boat worked hard, very friendly and polite and Mr. Ba was the best among the entire staff although they were all wonderful and responsive. They provided good meals, best food was the BBQ dinner on the first day after long day cruising. Cabin was not very large but extremely clean and comfy. Air-con worked well keeping our cabin cool enough in this hot reason. Thank you Peter, Ba and all Halong Rosa Cruise staff. We highly recommend!

Our group of 7 was 30 minutes late to the port of embarkation and the deluxe cruises we booked had left already when we arrived due to the wrong information and misunderstanding with our agency. This is where Rosa cruise Halong shined. We were able to get ahold of Ms.Thuy the sales consultant who then organized everything to help us catch up with our cruise.    While the cruise we had booked had to leave due to their schedule, the company did everything to make sure we got to the boat as well. They had a smaller high speed boat came to pick us up and then drop us off directly on the Rosa cruise Halong bay without any extra cost. Within ten minutes of sitting down, we had a wonderful hot breakfast spread on the table. We appreciate their consultant so much, what a first-rate service!    The rest of the trip was perfect, with a great ship, courteous and attentive service, wonderful excursions. The company is well run and head and shoulders above the other ones we saw in the bay. If you're looking for luxury in the middle of an awesome Bay, then Rosa Halong cruise is recommended.

This Rosa cruise is just renewed so all furniture are new totally. It has only 9 cabins so it is idealistic for people who are looking for small group and traditional junks. Everyone is polite and friendly. The staff are good at interaction with customers. Food is tasty and fresh.

We had an amazing time on Rosa cruise Halong. The junk boat is stunning, food was delicious and the excursions to the caves and small beaches were such a wonderful experience. A lovely way to spend our holiday and as the boat is quite small in relation to the number of passengers it carries so you get very personal attention and service and all the other guests become your friends for the whole trip. Would highly recommend Halong Rosa cruise!

This was a great trip. The cabins were very clean and comfortable with air conditioning. They feed you more food than you can possibly eat. The staff of rosa cruise halong is very courteous. Frank was a very friendly and knowledgeable guide.

Rosa cruise Halong took us on a beautiful tour of Halong Bay, it was definitely a must if you visit Vietnam. We went on tours of caves and the pearl farm and we went swimming, and our tour guide, Frank, sang beautiful songs to us. It was an amazing trip and Halong Rosa cruise is to thank.

A very well organized trip with friendly staff! Surely an enjoyable one with my boyfriend! We manage to explore the landscape and the guide was very throughout!

This was a phenomenal trip and Frank is a beast on the guitar! Was so surprised at that! IF you go to Hanoi you pretty much have to visit Halong rosa cruise and Halong bay. It'se an unforgettable experience.

The time we spent on board included a wonderful buffet lunch, luscious set dinner and outstanding buffet breakfast. The visit to the caves and beaches made a perfect holiday. I highly recommend to treat yourself a massage on board, a little bit of cost but totally worth it, our foot reflexology was awesome. Our room was spotless and spacious, the room attendant was a friendly and hard-working young lady. Can't wait to return for a 3D-2N trip next time.    Strongly recommend Halong Rosa Cruise.

The cabin was so nice and a perfect size for the five person family we had, much bigger than we thought before. There were 2 private bedrooms with 1 double bed and the others had 2 twin beds so suitable for our needs. There were 2 private bathroom as well so would be convenient for family with 4 members. We liked the food very much on Rosa: Shrimps, Squid fish, crap, beef and chicken... all very fresh and yummy. All my family was given special care from all staff on boat. Thank you Rosa cruise halong for just a wonderful perfect time.

Had a great time on this cruise. Although it was rainy at times it didn't really affect how great the trip was. It might have been my favourite part of Vietnam. We got to kayak and check out a whole slew of different sites. Highly recommended!

Great experience on Halong Rosa Cruise. Staff as you would expect were helpful, polite and always willing to help you. Halong bay is superb, very beautiful and peaceful place that you will forget the city life. And able to get to see all the limestone sites. Will be going back Halong Bay again.

The tour was amazing! We kayaked, ate, drank... Had an amazing time!!!!!!!!! Loved everything from the excursions to the food to the service!!!!!!!! :)

Thanks to all the staff on Halong Rosa Cruise, we had a fabulous time. The food was fantastic and the off boat tours were remarkable and amazing. The cabin with its own private balcony was well appointed and very spotless with stunning view. I loved the bathroom with its port hole window in the shower that actually opened and widen my eyes to the magnificent of Halong Bay while having fun showering. The cooking class on the top deck was lots of fun. The drinks and dried clothes when returning to the boat from the excursions were thoughtful. Thanks heaps for a first-class experience!

We've been traveling for what seems like forever, but Halong Bay is something you have to do! Kayaking in the sea with the beautiful views, cooking class, caves, pearl farm and AMAZING food- we didn't eat sea food and they was more then plenty for us to eat! Also, Frank was amazing, he needs a pay rise and a free trip to England. You'd be mad not to go!!
