Syrena Cruise Halong Bay

At the first glance the boat looked not very beautiful (wooden boat) then once aboard everything changed. Staff very kind, the cabin with balcony beautiful and well kept, very good food to start buffet prepared just started browsing. The tender service used for the various visits was perfect. Comfortable beds, perfect relaxation. Tip: Choose superior cabin (with balcony).

Small cruise, well-organized, not dispersive whereas about twenty guests on board. Good Vietnamese and international food, very abundant (we risk giving in to temptations). Vietnamese cooking class to learn how to make trendy Vietnamese spring rolls of the North.Visit the cave was included in the tour. Wonderful phenomenon sight in this fascinating bay.

We decided to go with Syrena Cruises for 2 days and 1 night which goes to Bai Tu Long. We got picked up in time and reached to Halong bay after almost 4 hours bus, bottle of waters was supplied. The Syrena Cruises was fantastic, we has been welcomed and our cabin which located at upper floor with private balcony. Kayaking on the Bay was amazing us by the beauty of Nature. Food delicious, staff friendly. I definitely recommend Syrena cruises for everyone planning for Halong Bay.

Were on a 2-day tour with overnight on the Syrena. Had a pick up at the hotel in Hanoi agreed which worked perfectly. At the pier we were greeted by sharing the crew with warm tea before it went on the ship. The rooms are very nice. Newly renovated with great bathroom. All cabins are exterior and with a small private balcony. You can lie comfortably in bed and let yourself drift through the rocks of Halong Bay. Only windows and doors were a bit leaky. What can be a bit uncomfortable in cold weather. But it is not a big problem. The restaurant offers a very nice atmosphere. Unfortunately we could not use the sundeck due to the weather. But looked very comfortable. Our tour guide Linh then explained the program for the day.While the ship was driving through the bay we had our lunch in the restaurant. Delicious. Then we took a trip to a floating village, where the locals live on pearl farming among other things. Very interesting. After a short stay on the ship we went to Titop Island. A small island with a beautiful viewpoint. Back on board we learned how to make fresh spring rolls. In the evening we got a Mehrgängemenü which was excellent. The view from the cabin at night with the lights of the other ships is amazing. After breakfast the next morning we went to the Sung Sot cave. Very nice, but too artificial and many people. In fine weather, I would prefer the peace on the sundeck of the ship. Finally, we got a great lunch before we returned to Halong City. The return transport directly to the airport to Hanoi worked out great. All in all, I highly recommend the Syrena. In particular, the crew members are all very personable and helpful. Even before our trip inquiries were answered by mail quickly and competently. Would book the Syrena again.

We had the 3 day tour with two nights.The staff was friendly and open to all requests. The food was absolutely perfect as well as the excursions and the cabin.It should be noted that from the second day only really nice, because all booked only the 1 day tour, we had the following trips privately for ourselves, such as kayaking, swimming, pearl farm and the floating village.

We stayed for one night on the Syrena (two-day tour). Everything worked out great, you are wonderfully taken care of by the crew. The food was delicious! Definitely choose a room with a balcony, then the cruise feels even better! Also the excursions, which one takes over with the Tender boat were beautiful. Not too short, but not too long, so you had enough time on the boat. Also in terms of security, we felt very well cared for. Only to be recommended!

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival at the habor. The crew took care of our (we were 4 plus 2 ladies from England) luggage carefully separated from a Asia group.The cabins on the boat were a bit small for me, but nice with balcony 2 chairs and a table, a palm tree and a noteworthy luxurious bathroom!The food was served as a buffet, was surprisingly good and authentic. The service friendly and good, but it took a long time to get new drinks.On the other hand, I have to admit that all excursions to the islands and caves were perfectly organized. Our ship itself looked much nicer and was in better condition than boats from other companies. Surrounded by the breathtaking landmarks around us, this tour was definitely an absolute highlight and a must see! 2 days and one night on board was the perfect moment for this tour.

The cruise was amazing. The cabins were generous for a ship. The courteous staffs made a lot of effort to the guests. Generous offer of drinks. The buffet also offered a selection for each guest.I had a wonderful moment and willingly recommend to any one consider to be on board.

A 2 day/1 Night cruise along Halong bay was booked as part of our Honeymoon package and I have to say that our trip on Syrena was the highlight of the whole package.The Staff was welcoming, helpful and always smiling and we were greeted with a special honeymoon treat. Food was great, and we enjoyed every moment of the cruise. The drinks were not expensive and there was even a happy hour :)Special thanks to Mr. Dai our guide on board!

They picked us up at 8:00 am from our hotel ... very punctually..The Syrena boat tour was good, the ride in Halong Bay from Syrena is a great experience. The quality of the food was good for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The staff was very cooperative. Good service!

We went out with our group with Syrena Cruises to Halong Bay and anchored there for one night.The cabins are ok and offer enough comfort. The program is very tight.Lunch, Suprising Cave Tour, TiTop Island, Dinner, Squid Fishing and Movie Time. In between, happy hour.Next morning 6:30 am Tai Chi, 7:00 am Breakfast, 7:45 am Luan Tunnel Cave, 9:15 am Room clearing, then brunch and back at 10:45 am.The staff is friendly and nice and overall it is a nice trip.

This cruise trip exceeded our expectations. The quality of the rooms, food, activities and the staff was first class. A 5 star experience. Personally, I would have liked to visit Halong Bay 30 years ago, when it was much quieter, but today it is still a fantastic experience. The cave system was a surprise to us - it's huge. And the cave passage with the rowboat was so nice. Well done, Syrena Cruises and thank you for your excellent service.

The cruise was really nice and full of basic facilities. The lunch, dinner and breakfast was delicious. Moreover, all the staffs was very friendly and full of hospitality. Special thanks to Mr Big. The tours to Halong bay, Ti Top island and floating village was fabulous.Overall, Syrena cruise should be experienced by everyone.

We enjoyed our cruise along Halong Bay aboard Syrene Cruises. The staff was great - nothing was a problem, the excursions on land were interesting, the rooms comfortable and clean and the food fantastic. Our only regret was that we did not book an extra night !! We also enjoyed meeting the other travelers and found some good friends. I would highly recommend this company.

We stayed for one night and two days in Halong Bay. The bedroom is very luxurious, even better than some good hotel rooms. The boat manager Dai was a great guide and was able to give answers to all our questions. The food on the boat was delicious!

We recently booked a one-night tour of Halong Bay with Syrena Cruises. It was delightful and well worth the pokey drive from and to Hanoi by luxury van. Our guide, Tuyen, was a brand-new father and in spite of his excitement about this great event in his life, he did his best to focus on us while leading a good and informative tour. He even led us through the spectacular Surprise Cave dressed in a suit. In addition to the stunning limestone cave we visited a leisure island where some climbed 435 steps for a stunning view of the bay, and the next morning we visited the floating village and a pearl farm. The scenery was spectacular. The junk we sailed on was clean and comfortable, the food was plenty and very well served. In the evening we saw a British comedic documentary about a motorcycle trip through Vietnam, and then jigged for squid off the back of the boat over a nightcap. The ship itself could use some attention (tattered flags, exterior woodwork needs repair) but nothing interfered with our enjoyment of this experience. Recommend at least one night in Halong Bay, the early morning views were magical.

We took the 2D1N cruise through Ha Long Bay and had an excellent experience. The cruise was modern and the rooms were well equipped to an amazing standard - very comfy beds!! The staff were extremely warm and eager to please. The food was varied, plentiful and delicious.

Went on the 3D2N cruise. The crew were very friendly and attentive. Enjoyed the room and the activities and itinerary. Nice food with mixed cuisine.

Halong was the place that we liked the most during our time in Vietnam. It is unique and well-earned the title of the natural wonders of the world: its beaches, its caves, the limestones & grottos....... And if you were on Syrena Cruises while enjoying the sight, it would be perfect.Better being on the top floor that have a balcony with chairs (tiny but enough for a romantic and unforgettable night)We did the cruise for 1 night and 2 days and perfect and 100% recommended !!!By the way, when I was going in Honeymoon, they somehow managed to have petals and chocolates together a wedding bouquet with roses leaves, beautiful! I said everything unforgettable !!

The crew was courteous, helpful and friendly. The junk was clean and the food was good. The beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was strong enough with hotel . The excursions well organized and fun. The view from the staterooms and the various decks and dining room were breathtaking, with a sweet little balcony and two chairs off of each room. Though, you don't need to spend too much time there unless you like, as they keep you busy all day long with fun outings and onboard offerings.However, I'm not certain if there is a more private way to see more of the bay for anything near this price. I recommend Syrena without hesitation.
