Cancellation & Refund Policy
Later changes or downward adjustments to the number of guests of the reservation will be considered a late cancellation and a fee will be applied as below. An upward adjustment will be confirmed and charged based on the situation of actual availability.
- From 1 to 6 cabins
- Up to 20 days before your cruise date: Free of charge
- 15 -19 days before your cruise date: 50% of the total price
- 7 – 14 days before your cruise date: 70% of the total price
- Less than 7 days: Full charge
- Up to 6 cabins
- Up to 50 days before your cruise date: Free of charge
- 35 -50 days before your cruise date: 25% of the total price
- 20 -34 days before your cruise date: 50% of the total price
- 10 – 19 days before your cruise date: 70% of the total price
- Less than 10 days: Full charge
Refunds due to bad weather will be issued based on the length of the tour already completed.
*** In case of bad weather, the fee will be applied as follows:
All cruises in Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay which want to stop overnight in the Bay must be licensed to manage the Bay and provide safe service.
In the days of bad weather (rainstorms, high winds, big waves, etc.), the Bay management board will consider giving a license or not to the overnight cruise provider to ensure the safety of tourists.
In such a case, we will apply the following policies:
- Have lunch onboard and without bay cruising: VND 500.000 per pax
- Have lunch onboard and using cruise for day cruising: VND 1.640.000 per pax
- 03 day 02 night itinerary, but using day boat till 4PM for the 2nd day: Charged 83% of 3 day 2 night’s rate
- 03 day 02 night itinerary but shortened to 02 day 01 night itinerary: Charged as 02 day 01 night itinerary
- Only round-way shuttle bus service and no other services onboard: As shuttle bus rate in the contract
TRANSFER OF GUESTS
In the event of force majeure or other unexpected calamities such that we are unable to provide cruise services for passengers
with confirmed reservation; we will attempt to support you by transferring to other vessels or suppliers. WE will bear any reasonable transport and other costs incurred in the occasion of transferring. Before transferring, we must immediately inform you. We agreed to cooperate and communicate effectively to make the best out of the situation for both Parties.
