The Halong Phoenix Cruiser team started operating cruises in Halong bay in 2005, as a small division of South Pacific Travel. The actual “Phoenix” branding came later, in 2007.
A proud owner of beautiful vessels.
Halong Phoenix Cruiser launched its first junk boat in 2008 with 10 cabins. Our second cruiser that has 14 cabins started its career in 2011. We are happy and proud to launch our high-end day cruise in early summer 2012. Owning our boats allows us to be in control of operations, quality and safety.

Phoenix Cruise Halong Bay - 2 Days 1 Night
8:00 – 8:30 Pick up at your hotel in Ha No old quarter by shuttle bus (on request). After that we leave Hanoi for a 2.5 hour to reach Halong Bay.
11:45 – 12:00 At Tuan Chau International Marina, a tender boat wil take you to our Halbng Phoeni Cruiser. A refreshing welcome drink is served and you can check into your cabin.
12:45 – 13:00 When you are puiting all of your stuffs into your cabin, our boat starts gliding out to the centre of the World Heritage Sile, Your lunch, at the boat’s restaurant, is would be served with fresh local seafood, but vegetable menu is always avalable at your request.
From the marina area, our cruiser passes by Dog Head and Swan Islands, Ba Hang Floating villages (with floating houses), Inconse Burner then Thumb Islands before reaching to Luon cave area for kayaking
Around 14:30 – 15:00 we have time to gear up for one hour kayaking around Luon cave area Our guide wil show you some basic safety guidelines and techniques to paddle before helping you to sit on our brand new sil-on-top kayaks. Alter that our boat wil help you vist the Titop Island one hour for swimming, sun-bathing or getling a panoramic view on island peak.
17:00 As the sun sels over the bay, we head back to our cruise and relax. Collee, lea and fruits will be available on the sundeck or you can order your favorite drink while our boat cruises to the night’s anchorage area.
19:00 Dinner wil be served with local sealed. Alter dinner you may choose to enjoy drinks from the bar or top deck or experience squid fishing before retining.
7:00 – 7:45. Enjoy the moming view of the beaulful landscape wih a i of coffee or lea. Have breakfast in the fresh air.
8:00 – 9:00: You will visit the impressive Cave of Halong Bay – Surprising Cave (Sửng Sốt) with your lour guide, a truly awesome and amazing cave to experience
10:00: Check out of your cabin and settle your bill as our boat begins cruising back to the harbor. Experience more views of Halong Bay such as Fighting Cocks Island (Symbol of Halong Bay), Incense Bumer and Stone Dogs Islands.
10:20: A cooking demonstration onboard shows you how to make authentic Vietnamese Spring rolls. You will learn about the recipes and techniques that create this popular dish of Vietnamese people.
10.45: Lunch is served on board during cruising towards the harbor.
11.30: Depart the Halong Phoenix Cruiser and travel by tender boat back to Tuan Chau International Marina where you then board the bus for your return joumey to Hanoi. Arrive at your hotel in old quarter around 14.30 -15.00

08:00 – 8:40: Pick up at your hotel in Ha Noi by shuttle bus (on request), After that we leave Hanai for a 3.5 hour to reach Halong Bay.

13:00 When you are putting all of your stuffs into your cabin, our boat starts gliding out to the centre of the World Hentage Site. Your lunch, at the boat’s restaurant, is would be served with fresh local seafood, but vegetable menu is always available at your request.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Later changes or downward adjustments to the number of guests of the reservation will be considered a late cancellation and a fee will be applied as below. An upward adjustment will be confirmed and charged based on the situation of actual availability.
- Up to 10 days before your cruise date: Free of charge
- 5 -9 days before your cruise date: 50% of the total price
- Less than 5 days: Full charge

- 20 – 29 days before your cruise date: 50% of the total price
- 15 – 19 days before your cruise date: 75% of the total price
- Less than 15 days: Full charge
Refunds due to bad weather will be issued based on the length of the tour already completed.

All cruises in Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay which want to stop overnight in the Bay must be licensed to manage the Bay and provide safe service.
In the days of bad weather (rainstorms, high winds, big waves, etc.), the Bay management board will consider giving a license or not to the overnight cruise provider to ensure the safety of tourists.
In such a case, we will apply the following policies:
- If you arrive at the harbor and have lunch, then go back to Hanoi, we will charge only lunch service + the transfer (if taken).
- If you arrive at the harbor and have lunch, visit Halong bay within 5 hours, then go back to Hanoi, we will charge only for the daily cruise trip, entrance fee, lunch and the transfer (if taken).
- If you arrive at the harbor and have lunch, visit areas in the bay, stay overnight on a cruise, the next day, have breakfast and go sightseeing, have lunch, then go back to Hanoi, we will charge for the 2 days 1-night price for cruise trip + the transfer (if taken).
- If you arrive at the harbor and have a lunch, visit areas in the bay, stay overnight on a cruise, the next day have breakfast and go sightseeing, have lunch, visit the bay within 5 hours, then go back to Hanoi, we will charge for the 2 days 1-night price and 5 hours on a daily cruise trip, lunch, entrance fee + the transfer (if taken).
Note:
The Bay Management Board often gives notice to cancel the overnight sleep permit, possibly while you are on the tour. In such situations, we would like to ask for your understanding about it.
The rainy season from August to October in Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay often has very unusual weather conditions, so overnight cruises in the bay can be canceled unexpectedly, and often with very late notice.
